HACCP Tuition for a Managing Director of a West African Fruit Processing Company
The Client's company found it difficult to attract customers within the European Union because the Company did not have a HACCP system.
We worked with the MD for seven months to bring her food safety knowledge up to an advanced level. This was necessary before the HACCP study began. The MD wrote an excellent HACCP study based on her business. She now has the skills and knowledge to write and implement HACCP. This will save on consultant's fees. The bespoke tuition ensures that the HACCP system is appropriate to the Company. We worked with the MD in London, and then by e-mail and phone after she returned home to West Africa.
